BOOK'S DAY in 5th A

Hello all!


Yesterday it was the BOOK'S DAY.

Today we have celebrated this special day in our Library.

Book day 1st GRADE

In 1st Grade, we have celebrated book day reading 

TEN APPLES UP ON TOP!

After reading the book, we have worked on how many apples we could have on top. And as a result....

23rd April. Book Day. 3º EP

 For celebrating Book Day, in Year 3, we worked on the story One Fish, Two Fish, Red Fish, Blue Fish by Dr Seuss. 

First, we read the story.

Then, we made these fortune tellers with rhyming words from the text. We had so much fun! Have a look:

The Cat in the Hat

Year 2 of Primary celebrated Book Day on the 23rd of April. We learnt about Dr Seuss and his stories and we worked on The Cat in the Hat. 

We loved it!!!

En 2º de primaria hemos celebrado el Día del Libro el 23 de abril. Hemos aprendido cosas sobre el autor, Dr Seuss, y sus cuentos y trabajamos con el cuento The Cat in the Hat.

¡Nos ha encantado!

First, our teacher read the story to us, then we worked on rhyming words and made our funny hats.

Primero, nuestras profes nos leyeron el cuento, después trabajamos con las palabras que riman e hicimos estos sombreros graciosos.

We enjoyed it so much!

¡Nos encantó!

After that, we read the story all by ourselves!!! We did it! After so much work on phonics and reading these two years, we are actually reading in English and loving it. We hope you like our video and enjoy the story as much as we did. (We know the videos are a little bit long, but we made it with all our love).

¡Después, leímos el cuento nosotros solitos! Lo conseguimos :) Después de esforzarnos tanto en phonics y lectura estos dos años, ahora estamos leyendo en inglés y nos encanta. Esperamos que os guste el video y el cuento tanto como a nosotros. (Sabemos que los vídeos son un poquito largos pero los hemos hecho con todo nuestro cariño).
